Questions

Which routers are supported?

Any MikroTik router running RouterOS v6.48+ or v7. We connect over WireGuard and manage via the RouterOS API.

My routers don't have public IPs. Does that matter?

Not at all. The WireGuard tunnel initiates from the router side, so it works behind CGNAT, double NAT, or LTE failover — no port forwarding needed.

What happens if my internet drops?

The router reconnects automatically when the link comes back. Queued commands are applied in order. Subscriber sessions resume without manual intervention.

Can I migrate from another billing system?

Yes. We provide a guided import wizard for subscribers, plans, and balances. Your M-Pesa Paybill stays the same — you own the account.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your subscriber records, payment history, and network data are yours. Export everything in standard formats at any time.

Do I keep my own M-Pesa account?

Yes. DataRadius connects to your Safaricom Daraja account. Payments go directly to your Paybill or Till. We never hold your funds.
